Welcome to Grace HR. I'm Grace, and I'm on a mission to transform how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) approach human resources. Having navigated the complexities of HR across various industries, I've seen firsthand how outdated practices can hinder growth and employee potential. My unique approach isn't just about compliance; it's about cultivating a vibrant, engaged workplace that drives your business forward.

My journey began with a passion for people, refined through a BSc Honors in Human Resource Management and a Level 5 Associate CIPD qualification from Ulster University. My industrial placement provided the practical foundation, while my deep dive into coaching and mentoring illuminated the true "magic" of HR – unlocking individual and organizational potential. This experience, coupled with extensive corporate HR and recruitment roles in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare, has given me a comprehensive understanding of diverse business needs.

Grace HR aims to help modern SME’s navigate the challenges that come with starting or growing a business. Grace HR plans to move away from old HR approaches and views and implement a new more efficient and respected way to navigate current HR issues in 2025. Grace HR aims to offer unique HR approaches to support the new modern day workforce and the challenges that comes alongside this to foster a dynamic positive workforce for every company we work with.

COACHING


Grace HR also offers coaching services to those in the workforce and those who are transitioning into the workforce. In todays world of work there are a number of challenges and barriers to those in the workforce and those transitioning into it. New challenges that previous generations have never had to face. I was able to study coaching and mentoring as a module during my final year Human Resource Management degree and it immediately resonated with me, I have undertaken a number of career and life coaching services myself and I am a firm believer of the process.
