My journey began with a passion for people, refined through a BSc Honors in Human Resource Management and a Level 5 Associate CIPD qualification from Ulster University. My industrial placement provided the practical foundation, while my deep dive into coaching and mentoring illuminated the true "magic" of HR – unlocking individual and organisational potential. This experience, coupled with extensive corporate HR and recruitment roles in manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, and healthcare, has given me a comprehensive understanding of diverse business needs.
